1. Chấp thuận điều khoản
Bằng việc tải, truy cập hoặc sử dụng MyraLearn (“Myra”, “ứng dụng”, “dịch vụ”), bạn đồng ý với các điều khoản này. Nếu không đồng ý, vui lòng không sử dụng dịch vụ.
2. Điều kiện sử dụng
Bạn cần đủ 13 tuổi trở lên để sử dụng dịch vụ. Nếu bạn dưới độ tuổi thành niên tại nơi bạn sống, cần có sự đồng ý của cha mẹ hoặc người giám hộ.
3. Về dịch vụ (giai đoạn beta)
Myra hiện đang trong giai đoạn beta. Chúng tôi có thể thêm, sửa, tạm ngừng hoặc gỡ bỏ tính năng bất cứ lúc nào mà không cần báo trước. Dịch vụ trong giai đoạn beta được cung cấp miễn phí và có thể chứa lỗi hoặc gián đoạn.
4. Tài khoản
Bạn chịu trách nhiệm giữ bí mật thông tin đăng nhập và mọi hoạt động diễn ra dưới tài khoản của mình. Vui lòng cung cấp thông tin chính xác khi đăng ký.
5. Sử dụng hợp lệ
Bạn đồng ý không dùng dịch vụ để vi phạm pháp luật, xâm phạm quyền của người khác, phát tán nội dung độc hại, hoặc can thiệp, dò quét, phá hoại hệ thống của chúng tôi.
6. Nội dung của bạn
Bạn giữ toàn bộ quyền đối với nội dung bạn tải lên (ví dụ tài liệu bài học). Bạn cấp cho chúng tôi quyền hạn chế để lưu trữ và xử lý nội dung đó chỉ nhằm cung cấp tính năng cho bạn (ví dụ tạo bài luyện tập). Bạn cam kết mình có quyền sử dụng nội dung đã tải lên.
7. Sở hữu trí tuệ
Ứng dụng, thương hiệu “Myra”/“MyraLearn”, giao diện và nội dung do chúng tôi tạo ra thuộc quyền sở hữu của chúng tôi. Bạn không được sao chép, phân phối hoặc khai thác chúng khi chưa được phép.
8. Nội dung do AI tạo ra
Một số phản hồi, bản chấm điểm và hội thoại do trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI) tạo ra. Nội dung này có thể chưa chính xác và không thay thế cho giáo viên hoặc tư vấn chuyên môn. Bạn tự cân nhắc khi sử dụng.
9. Thanh toán
Trong giai đoạn beta, Myra miễn phí. Khi ra mắt chính thức có thể áp dụng phí; người dùng beta được ưu đãi giảm 70% trọn đời (chi tiết giá sẽ công bố sau). Mọi giao dịch mua trong ứng dụng (nếu có sau này) được xử lý qua App Store của Apple hoặc Google Play theo điều khoản của các nền tảng đó.
10. Tuyên bố miễn trừ & giới hạn trách nhiệm
Dịch vụ được cung cấp “nguyên trạng” và “theo khả năng sẵn có”, không kèm bảo đảm dưới bất kỳ hình thức nào. Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm cho các thiệt hại gián tiếp, ngẫu nhiên hoặc hệ quả phát sinh từ việc sử dụng dịch vụ.
11. Chấm dứt
Chúng tôi có thể tạm ngừng hoặc chấm dứt quyền truy cập của bạn nếu bạn vi phạm các điều khoản này. Bạn có thể ngừng sử dụng dịch vụ bất cứ lúc nào.
12. Luật áp dụng
Các điều khoản này chịu sự điều chỉnh của pháp luật Việt Nam. Mọi tranh chấp sẽ được giải quyết tại cơ quan có thẩm quyền tại Việt Nam.
13. Điều khoản bổ sung cho ứng dụng trên App Store của Apple
Khi bạn dùng ứng dụng tải từ Apple App Store: các điều khoản này chỉ giữa bạn và MyraLearn, không phải với Apple; Apple không chịu trách nhiệm về ứng dụng hay nội dung; việc bảo trì, hỗ trợ và bảo hành thuộc về chúng tôi, không phải Apple; và Apple cùng các công ty con là bên thứ ba thụ hưởng các điều khoản này và có quyền thực thi chúng. 1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using MyraLearn (“Myra”, “the app”, “the service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be 13 or older to use the service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent's or guardian's consent.
3. The service (beta)
Myra is currently in beta. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time without notice. During beta the service is provided free of charge and may contain errors or interruptions.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information when you sign up.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute harmful content, or interfere with, probe, or disrupt our systems.
6. Your content
You keep all rights to content you upload (e.g. lesson materials). You grant us a limited right to store and process that content solely to provide the features to you (e.g. generating practice). You represent that you have the right to use the content you upload.
7. Intellectual property
The app, the “Myra”/“MyraLearn” brand, the interface, and content we create are owned by us. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit them without permission.
8. AI-generated content
Some feedback, scoring, and conversations are generated by artificial intelligence (AI). This content may be inaccurate and is not a substitute for a teacher or professional advice. Use your own judgment.
9. Payments
During beta, Myra is free. Fees may apply at official launch; beta users receive 70% off for life (pricing to be announced later). Any in-app purchases (if introduced later) are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under those platforms' terms.
10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will be resolved by the competent authorities in Vietnam.
13. Apple App Store — additional terms
If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, the following also apply:
- These terms are concluded between you and MyraLearn only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support for the app; maintenance, support, and any warranty are our responsibility, not Apple's.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, failure to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer-protection claims.
- In the event of any third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights, we (not Apple) are responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government prohibited-parties list.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and, upon your acceptance, have the right to enforce them against you.
