1. Chúng tôi là ai
MyraLearn (“Myra”, “chúng tôi”) là ứng dụng học tiếng Trung dành cho người nói tiếng Việt, hiện được vận hành từ Việt Nam bởi nhà phát triển đứng sau MyraLearn. Mọi câu hỏi về quyền riêng tư, vui lòng liên hệ: privacy@myralearn.com.
2. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập
- Thông tin bạn cung cấp: địa chỉ email (khi đăng ký beta hoặc tạo tài khoản); tên hiển thị và thông tin hồ sơ nếu bạn cung cấp.
- Giọng nói và âm thanh: khi bạn luyện nói, ứng dụng ghi âm qua micro và truyền tới máy chủ để chuyển thành văn bản, chấm phát âm và thanh điệu. Âm thanh được xử lý theo thời gian thực để tạo phản hồi và không được chúng tôi lưu trữ; nó được gửi tới các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ giọng nói (xem mục 6) để xử lý.
- Nội dung bạn tải lên: nếu bạn đưa tài liệu bài học (ví dụ file PDF hoặc ảnh) vào ứng dụng, chúng tôi đọc nội dung một lần để rút ra từ vựng và ngữ pháp, sau đó xóa bỏ tệp gốc. Chúng tôi chỉ lưu danh sách từ và ngữ pháp đã rút ra, không lưu tệp của bạn.
- Dữ liệu học tập: bài đã học, điểm số, chuỗi ngày (streak), tiến độ.
- Dữ liệu sử dụng và thiết bị: thao tác trong ứng dụng, loại thiết bị, hệ điều hành, mã định danh, dữ liệu sự cố (crash).
- Phân tích website: trên trang web, chúng tôi dùng Google Analytics (cookie) để hiểu lượng truy cập.
3. Mục đích sử dụng
Cung cấp và cá nhân hóa việc học; chấm phát âm và tạo phản hồi; vận hành gia sư AI; cải thiện sản phẩm; liên hệ với bạn (email beta); bảo mật và chống gian lận.
4. Xử lý bằng AI
Để tạo hội thoại và chấm điểm, nội dung văn bản và bản ghi âm thanh của bạn được gửi tới Anthropic (Claude) để xử lý. Ngoài ra, Google (Gemini) được dùng để tạo hình minh họa cho từ vựng. Chúng tôi chỉ gửi những gì cần thiết cho tính năng đó.
5. Chia sẻ dữ liệu
Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn. Chúng tôi chỉ chia sẻ với: các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ xử lý thay chúng tôi (lưu trữ máy chủ, phân tích, AI, gửi email); khi pháp luật yêu cầu; hoặc trong trường hợp sáp nhập/chuyển nhượng doanh nghiệp.
6. Dịch vụ bên thứ ba
Chúng tôi sử dụng các nhà cung cấp sau, mỗi bên chỉ xử lý dữ liệu theo chỉ dẫn của chúng tôi:
- Xử lý giọng nói (chuyển giọng nói thành văn bản, đọc văn bản, và chấm phát âm): Google Cloud Speech-to-Text và Text-to-Speech, Microsoft Azure Speech, ElevenLabs, và iFlytek. iFlytek là nhà cung cấp đặt tại Trung Quốc, nên bản ghi âm luyện phát âm tiếng Trung của bạn được xử lý tại Trung Quốc.
- Trí tuệ nhân tạo: Anthropic (Claude) cho hội thoại và chấm điểm; Google (Gemini) cho hình minh họa từ vựng.
- Đăng nhập: Đăng nhập bằng Google và Đăng nhập bằng Apple.
- Gửi email: Resend (gửi mã đăng nhập OTP).
- Lưu trữ máy chủ và cơ sở dữ liệu: nhà cung cấp hạ tầng đám mây (dữ liệu lưu tại Singapore).
- Thông báo đẩy: dịch vụ đẩy của Expo (chuyển tới Apple/Google).
- Website: Google Analytics (chỉ trên trang web myralearn.com, không có trong ứng dụng).
Ứng dụng không tích hợp công cụ phân tích quảng cáo, mã định danh quảng cáo hay dịch vụ báo cáo sự cố của bên thứ ba.
7. Lưu trữ dữ liệu
Chúng tôi giữ dữ liệu chừng nào tài khoản của bạn còn hoạt động hoặc theo yêu cầu pháp lý. Bạn có thể yêu cầu xóa bất cứ lúc nào.
8. Quyền của bạn
Bạn có quyền truy cập, chỉnh sửa, xóa dữ liệu và rút lại sự đồng ý. Để thực hiện, gửi email tới privacy@myralearn.com. Chúng tôi phản hồi trong thời hạn luật định.
9. Trẻ em
Myra không dành cho trẻ dưới 13 tuổi và chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ dưới 13 tuổi. Nếu bạn cho rằng con mình đã cung cấp dữ liệu, hãy liên hệ để chúng tôi xóa.
10. Chuyển dữ liệu quốc tế
Dữ liệu của bạn được lưu trữ tại Singapore. Một số nhà cung cấp xử lý dữ liệu bên ngoài Việt Nam, bao gồm Hoa Kỳ, Liên minh châu Âu và Trung Quốc (iFlytek, cho việc chấm phát âm tiếng Trung). Khi chuyển dữ liệu quốc tế, chúng tôi áp dụng các biện pháp bảo vệ phù hợp.
11. Bảo mật
Chúng tôi áp dụng các biện pháp kỹ thuật và tổ chức hợp lý để bảo vệ dữ liệu, nhưng không hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối.

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách này; bản mới nhất luôn được đăng tại trang này kèm ngày cập nhật.

1. Who we are
MyraLearn (“Myra”, “we”, “us”) is a Chinese-learning app for Vietnamese speakers, currently operated from Vietnam by the developer behind MyraLearn. For any privacy question, contact privacy@myralearn.com.
2. Data we collect
- Information you provide: your email address (beta signup or account); display name and profile details if you provide them.
- Voice and audio: when you practice speaking, the app records audio through your microphone and sends it to our servers to convert it to text and score pronunciation and tones. Audio is processed in real time to give you feedback and is not stored by us; it is sent to our speech providers (see section 6) for processing.
- Content you upload: if you add lesson materials (e.g. PDF files or photos) to the app, we read them once to extract vocabulary and grammar, then discard the original files. We keep only the extracted word and grammar list, not your files.
- Learning data: lessons completed, scores, streaks, and progress.
- Usage and device data: in-app interactions, device type, operating system, identifiers, and crash data.
- Website analytics: on our website we use Google Analytics (cookies) to understand traffic.
3. How we use it
To provide and personalize your learning; to score pronunciation and generate feedback; to power the AI tutor; to improve the product; to contact you (beta emails); and for security and fraud prevention.
4. AI processing
To generate conversations and scoring, your text and audio transcripts are sent to Anthropic (Claude) for processing. In addition, Google (Gemini) is used to generate vocabulary illustrations. We send only what that feature requires.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with: service providers who process data on our behalf (hosting, analytics, AI, email); where required by law; or in connection with a merger or business transfer.
6. Third-party services
We use the following providers, each of which processes data only under our instructions:
- Speech processing (speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and pronunciation scoring): Google Cloud Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech, Microsoft Azure Speech, ElevenLabs, and iFlytek. iFlytek is a provider based in China, so your Chinese-pronunciation practice audio is processed in China.
- Artificial intelligence: Anthropic (Claude) for conversation and scoring; Google (Gemini) for vocabulary illustrations.
- Sign-in: Sign in with Google and Sign in with Apple.
- Email: Resend (delivering login OTP codes).
- Hosting and database: a cloud hosting provider (data stored in Singapore).
- Push notifications: Expo's push service (relaying to Apple/Google).
- Website: Google Analytics (on the myralearn.com website only, not in the app).
The app does not include third-party advertising analytics, advertising identifiers, or crash-reporting services.
7. Data retention
We keep data while your account is active or as required by law. You may request deletion at any time.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email privacy@myralearn.com. We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
9. Children
Myra is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International transfers
Your data is stored in Singapore. Some providers process data outside Vietnam, including in the United States, the European Union, and China (iFlytek, for Chinese pronunciation scoring). Where we transfer data internationally, we apply appropriate safeguards.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no system is completely secure.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; the current version is always posted on this page with its update date.
